Arduino Access Survey Feb 2014

Working with a non-technical friend, I created a device powered by a hacked together Arduino board and a bicycle speedometer.

It stored the effort put in by a wheelchair user over time, and these data combined with a GPS recording from a smartphone, to create detailed maps of where the wheelchair user needed to put in the most effort.

This is an interesting idea, as it has potential future applications in route planning, or by the authorities in planning improvements and repairs.

The data are available in a Google Spreadsheet.
